Refund & Dispute Policy

Because our products and services are digital, instantly accessible, and subscription-based, we have created this Refund & Dispute Policy to be transparent, fair, and compliant with payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, and Paystack.


1. General Refund Policy

All purchases made through AIHelpTeam.com are considered final due to the immediate access customers receive to our digital services. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, outlined below.

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges or erroneous billing caused by system or payment gateway errors.

  • Non-delivery of the service (e.g., you paid but did not gain access).

  • Verified technical issues that prevent normal service use, and which our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days.

Refunds will not be issued in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Lack of usage or failure to take advantage of the service.

  • Misunderstanding of features that were clearly explained prior to purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction due to customer error or failure to follow onboarding instructions.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.


2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, invoice, or receipt).

  3. Explain the reason for your request in detail.

Our support team will review the request within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless one of the valid refund conditions applies.

  • We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid unintended charges.


4. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve issues quickly without escalation.

  • If a chargeback is filed without contacting us, your account may be suspended while we investigate.

  • Submitting false or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

  • We reserve the right to provide evidence (including login records, chat logs, and billing data) to dispute unjustified chargebacks with Stripe, PayPal, or other processors.


5. Exceptions and Special Considerations

We may, at our sole discretion, approve refunds beyond the stated conditions as a goodwill gesture in special cases, provided the request is made in good faith. This does not create any obligation to extend refunds outside the stated policy.
