1. Adding a Chat Assistant

Overview: Chat assistants are customized AI entities that can be integrated into your app or website. These assistants are designed to help users based on specific requirements, such as providing customer support, answering FAQs, or assisting with creative content generation.

• Embedded seamlessly into a chat widget.

Steps to Add a Chat Assistant:

1. Navigate to Chat Assistants: Go to the "Chat Assistants" section in your admin panel.
2. Click 'Add Assistant': Start the process by selecting "Add New Assistant."
3. Provide Details: Fill in the required fields: Name, Profession, Logo, and Prompt.
4. Save and Configure: Save the assistant and attach it to your chat widget.

2. Fine-Tuning Models

Overview: Fine-tuning allows you to create a customized version of an AI model tailored to your specific use case. It enables the assistant to learn nuances, terminology, or workflows unique to your business.

Importance: Enhances accuracy, reduces prompt complexity, and builds a unique conversational identity for your assistant.

Steps to Fine-Tune a Model:

1. Prepare Training Data: Create a dataset in JSONL format with at least 10 examples.
2. Upload Training File: Drag and drop the file in the Fine-Tuning section.
3. Initiate Fine-Tuning: Select "Upload for Fine-Tuning" and start the process.
4. Use Your Fine-Tuned Model: Integrate the model into your chat systems.

3. Chat Files

Overview: Chat files allow you to upload documents and make their content interactively accessible through your chat assistant.

Steps to Upload a Chat File:

1. Navigate to Chat Files: Access the "Chat Files" section in your admin panel.
2. Upload File: Drag and drop the file or click "Upload."
3. Process for Chat: Click "Upload for Chat" and ensure the status changes to "Processed."
4. Attach to Chat Widget: Link the processed file to the chat widget.

4. Chat Links

Overview: Chat links allow you to integrate content from web pages into your chat assistant, making the content queryable by users.

Steps to Upload a Chat Link:

1. Go to Chat Links: Access the "Chat Links" section in your admin panel.
2. Add Link: Click "Add Link" and input the URL.
3. Process for Chat: Ensure the status changes to "Processed."
4. Attach to Chat Widget: Link the processed link to the widget.

5. Chat Sitemaps

Overview: Chat sitemaps allow you to integrate multiple web pages into your chat assistant by uploading an XML sitemap.

Steps to Upload a Chat Sitemap:

1. Prepare the Sitemap: Ensure your website sitemap is in standard XML format.
2. Navigate to Chat Sitemaps: Go to "Chat Links > Sitemaps."
3. Upload Sitemap: Upload the file or input the URL of the sitemap.
4. Process for Chat: Click "Upload Sitemap for Chat" and ensure the status changes to "Processed."
